Steps:

• KTrack O&M comprises the following primary functions:
  
  • Work Orders
  • Service Requests
  • Dispatch
  • Work Order Management
• Accessing the O&M Module
  
• O&M dashboards give a quick look at your portfolio. Work Orders and Service Requests have separate dashboards.

  • The Work Order dashboard can be filtered by:

    • Rollup of your full Portfolio
      (default)
    • Each
      property
    • Specific Trades
      
  • The Service Request dashboard can be filtered by:
    • Rollup of your full Portfolio (default)
