Things To Consider:

• Asset Validation Status is specific to each asset type and is most commonly used during construction and commissioning of a property OR during asset data collection.
• Validation requires step-by-step manual progression through the workflow.
• Some checks are automatic (e.g. 'user entered'), while others require manual check off.
• All validation steps are recorded with timestamp and UserID.
